Linda's Magical Mansion weekend

LINDA'S BIRTHDAY PARTY ... three days of serious fun.

Day one: Saturday night sushi party

I adored everyone here. I am in love, wowed, and enchanted with Salt Lake's cream of the crop people.

Linda blowing out the candles on her organic raw food carrot cake.

Day Two: Sunday... a few of us stayed overnight and filled Sunday with spiritual, philosophical and hilarious conversation.

There was no where we wanted to go, and nothing we wanted to do... so we declared ourselved officially lazy.

Day three: Monday. Martin Luther King holiday. We woke up and saw the snow. We heard the report that the roads and highways were bad. Darn it. We'll have to stay another day. We used the projector and watched movies on the big screen.

By Monday, though, food was running scarce. That, my friends, is popcorn dipped in spaghetti sauce.

The Universe blessed us with two huge amazing pizzas for which our lazy souls gave thanks.

Monday afternoon we sat near the fireplace and listened to "The Secret" (http://www.thesecret.tv/) cds, which sparked all sort of new conversations and thoughts to ruminate upon.

I love this picture of Linda with her puppy named "D-O-G"...

There is something happening here. Around the second day I felt it run through me. It felt like fireworks. It felt like something exciting is about to happen. The next day I told Keva about it (the girl with the pizza). She said she felt the same way exactly. It's as simple as saying "I'm very glad we met." And yet, how simple is that really? I feel that it's a most incredible miracle every time it is sincerely felt. Dear Portland family, I have created for the last couple years that I would feel again what I felt with you. It happened this weekend. Again I shall say... the Universe is a most abundant entity...

Sounds like you had a lot of fun. These days I also have a strange feeling that things are going to get better, but to some degree I kind of hope it is the cold I'm going through, even though I don't think it is exactly that.

I'm glad you had a good weekend.
