The Farmers' Market

Megan, Bri, Allie and I walked to the Farmers' Market this morning. It's a gorgeous 30 minute autumn walk. I go every Saturday morning, (usually alone until today) and I've been dying to share this experience with you.

Today's treasures:

Fresh garden spinach: $2.00
homemade whole wheat french bread with herbs: $1.50
homemade butter whipped the night before at 10:30 p.m. by a guy named Stan: $3.00
8 plums right off someone's tree: $1.00

What were today's treasures for you?

handmade pottery!

Now I eat off of bowls, and drink from cups made of earth, by Korean hands.

Next, bowls and plates and even chopsticks, made by hands, once I can find some clay.

I love seeing your pretty pretty place Emily. I want some Montana.

Time, midday, for a good big nap. And a rainstorm.
And a great room to experience the rainstorm in.
