My Magical Home

As soon as I got on the phone with Lynda I knew it was the place.

It's three miles from campus, which is the bad part but oh well. The bus stop is right outside. It's a house, $300 including utilities, and it's just a mother and daughter and me.

The reason why I want to live here is because of the spiritual atmosphere of the home. This is most important to me. They are zen buddhists and they run meditation groups in their home weekly, and Native American ceremonies monthly. There is even a teepee in the back yard. They have music nights on the weekends.

My new magical home, full of colors and art and spirit. I know how to contribute to a place like that. Lynda and I loved each other instantly. I told her I was Christian with lots of Buddhist in me and she loves that and said, "I believe in bringing light into the world."

So do I.
