Ok, I went too far. There will be no snow picnics.
And I'm getting paid to do it all! My work is sending me as a coach for a couple visually impaired veterans to enjoy this national event...I'll just be helping them out if/when needed. I'll be back with lots of great photos.
In the meantime, just a reminder that love exists...
These 2 guys reared this lion from a baby in England but the
authorities would not allow them to keep it once it reached maturity
so they were forced to give it up, they took it back to Africa and
placed it in a wildlife sanctuary, a year later they went to see it
and were told it would not remember them.

Wow, thanks for sharing. I love that the "animal" not only remembered her human family but showed them so much affection. So sweet!!
wow, you may be one of the two people who have a cooler job than me (i have an awesome job.) congrats!
there's something so tragically beautiful about the lion video. i hate when "authorities" downplay how intelligent animals are and i LOVE this video!!
i haven't checked your blog in awhile, but i am so glad i did! the lion! oh my goodness, the lion! tears of joy and renewed hope! it's silly the things you see that seem to make a difference at certain points. thanks for sharing the love...
