my week's highlights

Yesterday the sun equaled warm.

I drew my first nude model in a studio downtown. I highly recommend it to those who don't love/adore/sanctify their body.

I have a temporary job, doing research for my professor. Phew. Just in time.

I have been accepted as one of seven choreographers/dancers to perform on campus Oct. 8th and 9th.

I lit Ariana's candle and nag champa incense in my room for the first time. Now it really is my room.

I have a potential friend, Cinna. She is an artist who, right before we met, recently learned about performance art and wants to explore it. Ummm, ok.

I actually have Friday night plans. Dinner and a campfire with a group from church, followed by salsa dancing afterward with girls from class!

What are your highlights?

I saw Melissa Torrente, my old roomie whom I absolutely adore, in the TBA fest last night. She was fantastic. I can't wait until I have time to do collaborative work with her.

Also, I decided I'm definetly going to quit my job, instead of taking a leave of absence, for the baby. Possibly as early as January so that I can have a month of two of me time, which won't happen again for 20 years, I'm sure.

Oh yeah, and new [my?] new Spiritual Discussion Group is going to start this Sunday. Yeah!

this blog entry is the highlight!

I am so proud of you for everything that you are entering into and experiencing.

Nude figure drawing is such a spiritual experience.

A campfire...mmmmm.

My highlight today, was leading a song in primary, as the new primary music leader, and then having a deep long discussion with a sister missionary about homosexuality in the church. And then eating this sweet brown rice songpyon in celebration of chusok.
