The Seesaw

In the old days, Korean women were not allowed to go outside of the village walls. So they created a seesaw where they could jump really high and look over the wall for even a split second at a time. Today it's become an acrobatic piece of art.

That is perhaps the most beautiful and sad thing I've heard in quite a while. I hope that sometime in my life I'm a seesaw for someone else, in a way. I have so many of my own, you included!
